I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER EMPLOYER IS DENY FOR TRANSFER HIS ARTICLE, SO WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO TAKE TRANSFER FROM CURRENT EMPLOYER.

Transfer is possible only through mutual agreement between principle and article assistant but in case this is not materialize than you have remedy to contact CA institute.

U have to collect transfer form from the institute.
It will Require the details of The Current as well as the Future Employer.
The maximum no. of times u can take transfer is 3

Dear respected sir/ Madam,
Hi, My Friend has cleared CA final in May'2008 attempt. After 2 Months he has no More. Cause he has blood cancer. His family condition is too bad and his artlicleship is still going on. Can u please suggest me how can institute help him, and what is the formelities which is to be done for it?

Sorry to hear this. Please send the Death Certificate and delete his name. Only members of ICAI have Insurance. Please check up in this case if ICAI will be able to do anything.
