11 August 2012 if there is change in father name in pan card
&
if there is change in signature of assesee
then what is the procedure to change in pan card
&
what documents required to change the same?

then how to make duplicate pan card

12 August 2012 1) if u want to change ur details of pan card and want to apply for duplicate copy of pan card then fill form no 49A- application for changes in pan data.
2) download the form from income tax website and fill in the form with black pan and with all the updated informations.
3) deposit the form along with a print out/ photo copy of ur present PAN card.
4) also attach an id proof like ration card or bank passbook or driving licence or passport or gazzetted officer certificate.
5) deposit all the documents at ur nearby tin-facilitation center.
6) find the address of nearby tin centers from the website of tin-nsdl
