i would like to enquire whether after the passing of the companies bill, 2011 are there any changes applicable for the May 2012 exam paper IV?

Companies Bill 2011 is not yet come into force. First It will be passed by Both the houses of Parliament (Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha) and then will come into force.
As per my view papers of May 2012 attempt will not contain anything stated in companies Bill 2011.
