11 January 2012 It is a case of Inter-state change of Registered Office though the jurisdiction of ROC is same.

1. Hold a board meeting and pass resolution for holding EGM.
2 Hold an EGM and pass special resolution for alteration of MOA.
3 File form 23 and then Form 18.
