1. co. converted from private to public(name change and whole article will change)
2. authorised capital has to increased
3. related objects have to b inserted
now plz tell me, whether in egm notice i hv to mention all the clauses of articles , which is to be inserted
basically i am alittle bit confused about how to prepare the draft of notice.
