31 August 2007 AFTER CHANGE OF NAME , EVERY COMPANY SHOULD DISPLAY NEW NAME ON LETTER HEADS ,BILLS /INVOICES, DELIVERY CHALLANS, GATE PASSES ETC. AND ALSO ON THE NAME BOARDS AT FACTORY AND REGD. OFFICE AND BRANCHES.
IN THE ANNUAL BALANCE SHEETS AND OTHER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ALSO IT SHOULD STATE AS BELOW FOR 6 YEARS AFTER CHANGE OF NAME.

THIS IS A STATUTORY REQUIREMENT UNDER COMPANY"S ACT.ROC MAY CALL FOR EXPLATIONS FOR NON COMPLIANCE WHEN WE FILE AUDITED ANNUAL STATEMENTS.
IT GIVES LEGAL PROTECTION ALSO IN CASE OF ANY COURT CASES IN FUTURE WHEN THE COMPANY LOSES IF IT HAS NOT COMPLIED WITH WHAT IS STATED IN LAW .
