I have changed initial of my name in government gazette. Now I need to change my registration name in ca institute as per changes made in government gazette. What is the procedure to change the name

Just write an application to ICAI mentioning old name and new name. Attach the copy of official gazette where the name was published.

You need to apply at the Regional Office. There is no fees for name change.
