05 December 2015 My friend wants to change his firm, he is not satisfied there. He asked for termination, but his principal refused to sign the termination documents, forcing him(article) to work under him.What should he do?

06 December 2015 he can do nothing...you cant force the principal to sign the docs..

07 December 2015 So even if he don't want to continue there,he his forced to work there. ICAI do not have any solution for this? A student is getting mentally harassed. If nothing can happen, then he will leave this Chartered Accountancy course.

07 December 2015 well, if you can prove harassment, then lodge a complaint against the principal with ICAI.

07 December 2015 That's not the solution. Anyone can take the termination during first year of articleship. I just want to know the procedure.
