simply called board meeting to adopt new names selected and file form 1A. then called board meeting for convening a general meeting for passing a special resolution to change the name .

15 July 2010 Agree with expert. As a matter of good governance, a board meeting should be held before filing 1A and the Board should list down names in their preference which should be replicated in the Form 1A.

no approval of Central Government is required in case of private co. only or for public co. also. Please clarify me Section 21 of The Act also.
