30 November 2012 Can anyone tell me the procedures for change of name of assessee in SERVICE TAX. He has regesitered as proprietorship firm now he wants to change the name as his . .
Please tell me the procedures clearly. .

30 November 2012 You have to amend your ST-1 online.(www.aces.gov.in) Then the documents are required to be submitted in concerned division along with signed copy of ST-1.
