Dear Sir,
I am working with an NGO as an accountant,My Monthly CTC is Rs.16500 PM.I am also selected in Ujjivan Financial Pvt Ltd as Audit Officer with CTC Rs.15000 at My Home town.
So i want to know which is better for me NGO or Company in-terms of Career and Growth.
