03 December 2014 Hi,
As I am having pvt ltd company presetly we are two directores holding 40% stake . one he want move from the company and now we are planning to have new director in his place. what are the formalities need to be completed.

And we want show new directores in the fy 14-15. and is any company liablity to share the profites fy 13-14 and 14-15.If so kindly guide.

03 December 2014 you have to see the article of the company, its gives right to appoint the additional director, you have to file the DIR-12, and also take declaration from new director in DIR-8, DIR-2
