Dear all plz reply ASAP,
if a comapany held share in its subsidiary in the name of its nominee (investment not held in tis own name u/s 49(7))and further it want to change of nomination as old nominee is no more work with company.
Wheather any specific procedure would be followed or only just it would be happened by intimating the same(On letter Head) to its subsidiary

Even if nominee changes you need to follow the procedure of Sec 187C i.e. Form I need to be filed by new Nominee And Company need to filed same with ROC in Form 22B
