Dear Friends
Can anybody guide me with the following:
1. procedure for the Change of Auditor of the Listed Company after the end of the financial year (FY 2011 - 2012)
2. also the compliance required to be done by the Company for the same
3. Documents to be collected from the present auditor and new auditor

An auditor can be appointed in an AGM. Send a proposal to the new auditor and obtain confirmation from him u/s 224(1B) and circulate the same along with notice to AGM to shareholders. Before appointing new auditor, clear all the dues pertaining to old auditor. Appoint the auditors in AGM.
