my query is that I have shifted to haldwani from moradabad and I am doing job in delhi.
Application for change of address in PAN database not sent by me to NSDL. Now I want to file my Income tax return online but I am confused as to what address should be given on ITR form, i want to provide delhi address on my form... is it possible to provide delhi address on ITR instead of PAN address and further what I can receive communications from IT deptt on delhi address regarding this return..?

Yes, you can file your ITR with Delhi address it will not make any problem to you and possible as well as. and all communications received from IT department regarding your ITR to the address on the ITR.
However for e-filing of returns all communication shall received through email mentioned in ITR.

unless IT dept.intimated u about the change in pan address and in their database till that time you need use your original address only in your ITR.

address mentioned in ITR is nothing but your communication reference..
you can give your present address also it will not be an issue
