If syllabus will change from Nov,2016 , then will it applicable for old students also?

Whenever the new syllabus gets introduced, candidates will be given a choice either to continue with the old syllabus for specified number of attempts as decided by ICAI or to opt for new syllabus. Once you switch over to new syllabus you will not be allowed to revert to old syllabus at a later date.
