Can you tell me what will be the status of a old Partnership Firm which get itself registered under Part IX of the Companies Act 1956 as a Private limited company- under Income tax Act -
what action should be taken ?
1. To amend the PAN data
OR
2. To obtain a New PAN

Change in Status. Hence obtain New PAN

you have to apply for new pan bacause for each cetegory of status a diffrant alpha serise is used.
