What is the procedure to change a Practicing Company secretary of a Company..??

29 April 2015 There is no prescribed procedure to change practicing CS of Company. PCS is not holding any office in the company as per Companies act. He is appointed by entering in to contract with company. Hence, nothing to be done for changing the PCS. It is up to the Company which PCS it wants to appoint or retain.
