is there necessry to attach Form DIR 7 ( Verification by Director )to E Form DIR 6 ( to intimate change in perticulars of Diretor)?

Yes, Need to attach DIR 7

There is no need to attach DIR-7 with DIR-6.Please refer Amendment in Rules via circular dated 18th September, 2014.
