Change in object claude :condonation form clb

14 September 2011 Guys i need some help. Does any of u know what is the procedure and the requirements to file a petition in Company Law Board for condonation of delay in filing Form 23 (change in object clause in MOA) with ROC.... or if any of you could find out and let me know it will be of great help.
Also what could the approximate time and expenditure in the entire process.
