Plz explain The full procedure(step to step) of change in the name of a company u/s 21

20 May 2010 Steps for change in the name of the Company:

1.Pass the Board Resolution for change of the name of the Company
2.File Form 1A for name availability
3.Pass the Special resolution in General Meeting (subject to the approval of Central Government.)
4.Filing of Form 23 for registering the resolution within 30 days of passing the resolution.
5.Filing of Form 1B for approval of Change of name
6.Get the certificate in the new name.
