26 April 2011 I have changed my company name, i have follewed al procidure , i want to knw that there is any changes in Articals of Association & Memorandum of Association, if yes what will be those changes.

please inform me its urgent.

If u have followed all the procedure then u have to reprint MOA & AOA with new name of the company and u have to paste the New incorporation certificate issued by the ROC in your MOA

26 April 2011 Yes, in both MOA as well as AOA , you have to change New name inplace of old name and you have to insert a fresh certificate of incorporation after change of name in MOA & AOA.

26 April 2011 No need to reprint new MOA & AOA.

YOu can paste a slip of NEw name on old name and attached fresh copy of incorporation in old MOA.
