Dear sir,
We have applied for name change it is approved.Now should we draft a new MOA & AOA with changed date/ should we change only name of the company in OLD MOA & AOA.

Your Form 1A has been approved or 1B has approved?
Because filing of Form 23 precedes filing of Form 1B and in Form 23 you have to attach amended MOA and AOA.
