31 January 2014 Dear All,

if any listed company Chang financial year(less then 12 month)...so whether its mandatory to give intimation to ROC...No....WHERE IT IS SPECIFIED IN COMPANIES ACT, 1956

31 January 2014 FY definition itself says, its period of 12 months from April to March.

31 January 2014 Board of Directors of the Company has decided to change the date of close of the Financial Year from 30th September to 31st March. Accordingly the next Financial Year will end on March 31, 2014 which will be of 6 months. for this we need to paas board resolution ....now the question is whether intimation to ROC is require any where ....if no...then where it is specified.

31 January 2014 where it is specified ....i mean in which provision of companies Act....bcoz in section 210(4)...no where it is written
