Our company deducted TDS on Salary. In challan 281 whether we tick option
1) (0020) Income tax on Company.
2) (0021) Income tax on other than Company.

As you are paying income tax on behalf of individual deductee. 20 is selected only when TDS is deducted from a company deductee.
