Under Section 203 of the Act, every listed comp. is required to appoint CFO. Whether it is necessary that CFO must bo CA or professional.

Companies Act, 2013 does not specify qualification of KMPs except Company Secretaries. Any person can be a CFO. He need to be even a commerce graduate .
