19 August 2010 Can anybody say abt CFA course, i have registed ca course but could not passed till,but i want to be a professional institute member, like ca/any other institutution within short period with doing hard work.iam in a managerial position.Please suggest me in this regard which is availabel in India affilited to foriegn. I hv completed my Mcom in the year 2001 passed out n having experience nearly 9 years

19 August 2010 You can go for CS, if more interested towards Company Laws and regulations.

Join CWA, if interested in cost accounting and management.

But the above courses are long term i.e more than 3 years.
Also there are some international courses which are available in this link

A brief view of them is >
CFA (US), CMA(UK). these are Long term duration with ore than 3 years.

CPA, CFP, CIA, CISA atc. are medium term duration depending upon the devotion and your level of knowledge.

Further there are many certification Programmes like, CIFRS, NCFM, CMA (US) etc.
