If you have received the certified copy of your application but the status is still showing as "application under process," and you're also waiting for the verification result done suo moto by ICAI, here are a few steps you can take:
1. **Wait for Official Communication:** Sometimes, there might be delays in updating the status on the website. It's advisable to wait for a few days to see if the status gets updated.
2. **Contact ICAI Helpdesk:** If the status does not update within a reasonable time or if you have specific concerns about the verification result, you can contact the ICAI helpdesk. They can provide you with the most accurate information regarding your application status and any pending verification.
3. **Check Email or Postal Updates:** ICAI might communicate important updates via email or postal mail. Ensure you check your registered email inbox regularly and your physical mailbox for any correspondence from ICAI.
4. **Visit or Call ICAI Office:** If feasible, you may visit the nearest ICAI office or call their helpline to inquire about your application status and verification result. Provide them with your application details and reference number for quick assistance.
5. **Online Dashboard:** Log in to your ICAI account and check if there are any specific messages or notifications related to your application. Sometimes, additional information or updates are provided in the member's dashboard.
It's essential to maintain patience during this process as administrative procedures can sometimes take time. Contacting ICAI through their official channels will ensure you receive the most accurate and timely information regarding your application status and verification result.
