Physical verification of answer book is a process where you need to go to New Delhi on designated date and time to inspect your book.
Certified copy allows you to download the answer booklet from the site.
If you think that the marks awarded to you was not justified, the remedy is to go for Verification along with either Physical inspection or obtaining certified copy of your answer book.
