13 August 2011 After online request for Certified Copies , in how much time i will get the same, further ROC send the same through email or Hard Copy at addresss??

13 August 2011 online request for Certified Copies , Means u can pay the amount online and take print out the receipt and go to RoC directly, u can get immediately.

Further can Fess can be paid directly in cash in ROC Office

What is the fees for the same 7 on which basis it is paid

17 August 2011 Roc inspection, first search the company and pay online Rs.50, and u can get the balance sheet immediately through online,

MCA portal - log in- select view public document under service tab - give ur company name and search and then pay and down lode.
