i want to know,can a statutory auditor certifie other document of the oragnisation in which he is appointed as statutory auditor. are there any prohibition in any code of ethics or in any law?

03 February 2011 yes, he can do the certification work. There are no separate codes of conduct etc. However, company is required to show Aduit fees and certification work charges separately. It is the disclosure requirement
