Certification of aoc4

For a company which is not SMALL (paid up capital > 50 lac & turnover > 2 crores) nor is a ONE PERSON COMPANY, is it compulsory that the practising CA should certify AOC4?

Yes..it should be certified by any one of PCA, PCS, PCWA.
