Dear Members,
Please clear my following doubt :
Can a statutory auditor certify the forms (e.g.form 23ac and aca and 20b )of the company for which he/she is signing Audit report.
WILL IT NOT INVOLVE CERTIFICATION OF OWN WORK???
PLEASE THROW LIGHT ON THE ABOVE

Dear Guneet,
Form 23AC and 23ACA is nothing but just a covering letter for submitting Balance Sheet and P&L Account with ROC. Yes, the statutory auditor can certify the Forms. Though i think yes, but i am not sure about Form 20.
