The trust viz Mali Samaj is registered u/s 12a of the I.T. Act.Applied for certificate u/s 80 g(5)(vi) the main object is for overall developement and educational developement of the mali samaj.
the area of operation entire Maharashtra.Any Indian Citizen attaining 21 yrs of age and of sound mind can become member.
In the opinion of CIT, the trust is for the benefit of particular community and not liable for registration u/s 80g(5)(vi) of the I.T act
