Dear all,
we have two foreign company as shareholder in our company they are going to merge i want to ask that when we will issue a new share certificate to merged company then any form will be filed to RBI

No new certificate is required to be issued. Ask the transferor company to send the certificate to you for change in name i.e., from transferor company to transferee company with details about the Merger Order etc.
