14 November 2011 Can i have a partnership firm registered after applying for COP or i have to wait for COP to come first and then enter into a partnership???

14 November 2011 Ones you got the letter from the ICAI that your COP has been approved by them, then you can apply for Partnership Firm with another Chartered Accountant. First we need to apply to the institute for name approval and ones the name was approved you will need to do the further requirements.
