How can i open a proprietory firm for a chartered accountant in practice because no where in form 6,any details regarding proprietory firm name asked.what`s exactly the procedure ? let me know.

For establishing a proprietory firm if you are not a register member you can file form no 2 with a fee of Rs.2400 & ask for COP & in case you are already a member you have to file form 117 please you can down load the forms in the below link
