Can a independent cpo holding ca can do the finance consultant in private ltd co. Can holder of cop of ca can represent in the bank , towards lawyers for the consulting in the matter of the property ?
What are the restriction area when he if a finance consultant of Private co?.

We are consultant and COP authorize us to do the job.
However As per amended Companies Act 2013 Sec. 144 Statutory Auditor of the company shall not render specified services.
Investment advisory services and Rendering of outsourced financial services are also among them.
Accordingly in capacity of Statutory Auditor of Pvt Ltd we can not do the job.
But by way of consultant other then auditor we can do the same.
Also keep in mind Sec. 194J for TDS.
