31 May 2019 We have receipt of Invoice from outside Gujarat and their of nature of Exp. banquet hall and employee food for training..

vendor invoice raise basic + CGST9 %+SGST 9% charge

in that case, we will be taken credit or not?

As per the provision of the Act, you can take the credit of CGST only.

But Technically this is not possible as the GST system can't allow this.
