Hi All,
We are Importing inputs to the manufacture of final product. on that we have paid
BCD - 10% + 2% + 1%
CVD - 12%+ 2% + 1%
Spl. CVD 4%
we are selling our final Product in Domestic ( with in India) Market only. can we claim for CENVAT/ MODVAT. if so what is time limit for claim.
Please answer me asap.

There is no any time limit for availing cenvat credit. The inputs and input services should be used in the production of final goods. you can take the cenvat credit on the part of CVD and SAD.
