WE ARE MFG PVT LTD. CO. REGISTERD IN EXCISE, WE HAVE PURCHASED A TRANSFORMER DUE TO INCREASING OUR ELECTRICITY LOAD. SO I WANT TO KNOW CAN I AVAIL CENVATE ON THIS.

Yes u can avail cenvat credit on transformer. but only 50% in this financial year and remaining 50% at any time in the future.
