WE ARE PURCHASING ANIMAL FAT FROM A COMPANY IN NORTH INDIA ON WHICH 2.06% EXCISE IS LEVIABLE AS PER N.NO. 01/2011-CE DATED 17.03.2011. MY QUERY IS THAT WE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THAT 2.06% EXCISE PASS TO US OR NOT AS WE ARE UTILISING THE SAME FOR PAYMENT OF MONTHLY DUTY.
