when we sale this goods in local market if buyers not taking cenvat credit is compulsory to issue modvatable Invoice.

06 September 2013 We purchase purchase chemical from local supplier who import the material.the Same material which we sold local market.for this sale shall we issue modavatable invoice or non modavatable invoice.
