Can a manufacturing unit claim Cenvat of Service Tax Paid on Input Services Received in office (i.e. Services not used in a factory)???
If yes, whether any registration with Excise Authorities is needed for claiming this Service Tax ????

in this case registration required to office for input service distributer after this office distribute credit to factory then company can take cenvat.
