03 July 2011 Can we take input of CENVAT DUTY on commercial invoice issued by mahanadi coal fields ltd. with excise registration no. & Cenvat duty mentioned on the commercial invoice.

03 July 2011 Cenvat credit can be availed on TaxInvoice/Excise invoice raised under rule 11 of Central Excise Rules'2002 with ECC No & break up of Cenvat duty.

But let me make you clear that mahanadi coal fields ltd. is not issuing such invoice. they charge us the duty before issuing us the delivery order.
