Dear Experts,
With Excise any Rule we avail the cenvat credit taken without duplicate copy (transporter copy)can we take credit original copy or extra copy. please guide us.

you have to apply to DC of excise for permission to avail cenvat credit on original invoice, stating the reason for non availibility of duplicate copy,
he will investigate the matter and would allow you after fixing some norms to safeguard the duty.
