Hi All
I have a doubt.suppose a company is manufacturing an oxyzen and nitrozen for which no raw material is required except air.if we purchase indiginous goods for repairs of plant etc whether the cenvat credit on excise duty paid on such purchases is eligible?

if you are paying excise duty on finished good you can take input credit of excise duty.
