Cenvat credit on service tax paid on hotel bill

Dear Experts
Our company deals in Medical Instruments and also provide services like AMC and charge service tax on it.
My query is if an engineer go for service of instrument in other city and stay in hotel service tax pay on that hotel bill can be claim for cenvat credit?
If yes, Hotel bill can be at the name of employee as company reimburses to employee later or it should be at the name of Company only.

As per my knowledge the company can claim cenvat credit on the hotel bills provided the bill is in the name of the company. I am not sure if company will be able to claim credit if it is the name of the employee.

Prime matter is cenvat credit is eligible or not documentation will be later part. Assured answer is appreciated whether your company or you client is availing same.

I am very sure if it is in the name of the company then cenvat credit will be allowed. If its in the name of employee of the company then cenvat credit should not be availed to be on a safe side.
