I have lost one of my cenvat copy(duplicate for Transporter) of Input Credit. Can anybody suggest me how can I be able to get the cenvat credit on that lost copy?

you can take it on "original copy". if it is also not available with you, ask your supplier to send a certified copy i.e. signed photo copy of invoice by the supdt. of central excise. you can take cenvat on that.

During audit, excise deptt is not accepting any other doc than cenvat copy. In this case how can we avail the credit & satisfy the deptt by rule
