11 June 2014 I would like to know whether cenvat credit can be availed by manufacturer if goods sold by him is returned to him after its expiry? Is there any time limit for availing the credit?

13 June 2014 you can take cenvat credit on invoice of buyer after the goods return back after some time of delivery to buyer.
